Delivery times within Denmark:
All carriers 1-2 days*

*PostNord and GLS packages are picked up daily; dao pickup occurs 3 times a week, so delivery can take more than 2 days from order date.

Local pickup/delivery can be arranged for outside of business hours – please write support@puzzlr.dk if you would like to book a pickup around 2500 Valby, Denmark and I will reply with available times. I am also willing to deliver within biking distance if I have time. 🙂

Special orders:
Disney Pintoo puzzles are not licensed in Europe, so I am unable to import these. Pintoo’s catalogue also includes discontinued puzzles that are no longer available for order. Otherwise, https://puzzle.pintoo.com/trade-and-wholesale has Pintoo’s catalogue and special requests are welcome. These will be ordered from Pintoo at the next opportunity and will take at least 3 months to fulfill. No deposits required. Just write support@puzzlr.dk and I’ll be sure to keep you updated.

Processing times for orders:
I have consolidated my Danish stock to one location, and am now the only employee. I prepare packages as soon as possible (usually same-day) and take them to the nearest post-shop during their opening hours (same-day if possible, the following day at the latest). I also have a full-time job elsewhere so the webshop activities occur mainly outside of business hours. To make up for the inconvenience, I like to throw in little gifts. Also, especially since I have limited inventory space, so I take every opportunity to offload products. 😉

Return policy:
Free returns within 30 days from delivery. Just write support@puzzlr.dk with your order number and I will send you a return label. Your refund will be issued as soon as I receive the product back.

Defects and missing pieces:
Your options are:
– A replacement that I order from Pintoo. They ship the replacement directly to you from Taiwan. The replacement pieces that I have seen come as an assembled puzzle, no box. That way, they are sure to get you the piece you’re missing without you having to identify the specific piece.
– Return the product for reimbursement. I will send you a shipping label.
